Can any one tell me the name of this song?

I saw this video of fuse a couple years ago and i can't remember how the song goes (but it was good and I liked it). I do how ever remember what happened in the music video. It was all 3D animated and the protagonist was this guy with a crappy car and he went to a nurse to get a bunch of meds. There was a random appearance of a guy in a pig costume. I remember a part where he was laying on a couch and then I guess he over dosed and ended up in heaven. Heaven was a dance club though and the bouncer wouldn't let him in because he wasn't on the list, so he started to wonder the parking lot and it seemed to be endless and all the cars disappeared when he tried to get inside one. okay that's pretty much all I remember from the video- if any one has a clue what I'm talking about please tell me the name of the song.
