yeah you gota eat really low-calorie to get a ripped up 6-pak like 1200-1500 range and from healthhy calories and cardio exercise. getting cut or cutter is a function of bodyfat percentage and calorie deficit. keep up the good work, youll get that washboard in like 2 or 3 weeks with the right diet. also u might need to build them a little more cuz their pretty cut already.
