Why did U.S. tax payers subsidize jobs at the San Francisco Living Wage Coaltion as part of the stimulus?

I don't understand your complaint... it does take researchers, etc.. to examine what areas can be stimulated or to examine what areas have been hurt the most or to actually set up organizations to hire ppl.... what is the problem?
