Run for 30 minutes, do 3 sets, 20 reps of cherry pickers, atomic crunches, and 2 to 8's. You can do 3 sets of 20 everyday in a gym or not. Ab's are the only muscle you can work out everyday. Do 3 sets of 10 reps of bicep curls. Do 30 diamond push ups, and if you can do push ups, starting at 50 decreasing by ten increments. squats and lunges, you can do both with weights.
