Where do i buy a guinea pig?

I am getting a guinea pig but i don't know where to get it. I live in the Chester Springs, PA area. Petsmart? Pet Supplies +? Diane's Pets? Frazer Zoo? WHAT!? I like the scruffy ones, Short haired ones, and long haired ones.
