How do you put your dj name with laser effects on a song?

hello how do you put your dj name on a song with laser effects so when the song starts it says your dj name but it kinda goes with the effects like d d d dj is there a software or program that can do that? i finally got the voice changer for my introductions but now i want when they say my name it goes like that please help thanks
