HELP ME PLEASE! about itchy body and scalp!!!?

For about a month now I have been plagued by uncontrollable itching. It started with my scalp last fall. It wasn't a big deal back then, I noticed that my hair follicles had somewhat like a squishy brown circle followed by a clear line. I didn't know what it was, and it didn't bother me too much. Then about a month ago I started to notice that my arms were itching. I would feel a sting then I would look down and a black speck would be there and I would scratch and it looked like a really small hair sort of. I decided it must be a "black pepper mite" but now I'm not so sure what it is that I have. The same thing that was in my hair follicles last fall has now spread to the hair follicles in my arms, legs, stomach, face, , and probably my back(I can't get to those) as well as still being in my scalp. I need to know what this is. I am pushing my parents to take me to a doctor, they didn't want to take me because they didn't believe me. But I'm afraid this could be a serious condition.
