How much tabata should be done in one day to get sped up metabolism /fat burning you want?

I am gonna be doing tabata 2-3 times a week between weight training days and my 1st time doing a tabata type workout was pretty dang tough but instead of time, it was a reps workout which i did at maximum speed, so kinda tabata. But if i do the tabata pushup workout, do i need to do another or a couple more different tabata workouts that morning to get the full effect???
