My car speakers crackle whenever I press the Gas pedal?

These aren't after market or anything and it started yesterday, even when I have the radio off there are tapping and crackling noises coming from the speakers, mostly when I press the gas pedal and also when I turn, but it seems to not make any noise if I'm driving a steady speed, what could be wrong?
