Small red dot on ????????? HELP PLEASE?

ive never had with anyone before, but i've masturbated... today i've noticed this little red spot on my that kind of looks like a pimple.... i masturbated pretty roughly without lubricant ....do you think i could have an STD or is it just from masturbating too hard?
