There's no way this reply from a listing on Craig s list is legit is there?

People are getting scammed left and right with these ebay/craigslist cars. The only way it's legit is if the entire transaction is occurring on ebay. My guess is it's not, though. The ad seems quite evasive, and makes lots of promises. I'd avoid.
