What do you think about Obama's tax increase on higher incomes?

President Obama seems to be moving forward on his promise to increase taxes on people with higher incomes. Unfortunately, his move for higher taxation on only those making more than 250,000 a year seems like socialism. Our country is founded on capitalism, where a man can make as much money as they want, without being penalized for it. What is your opinion about this?
