Where are the actual competition in tennis?

You obviously don't watch alot of tennis. Where are the competition? The Federer of late is not so dominant as he once was, perhaps because of his late illness or just lack of motivation(because he wins to much). Where as three to four years ago when he was, he face tremendous competition, like the Safins, hewitt,Rod,agi whom he beat easily. The Safins and hewitts have a great head to head record against Sampras in his prime. Federer have bagel alls these guys numerous of times. Federer have transformed the game, he has made it look easily, which in turn has made it look like there are no competition around. If Federer was not around, then the game would continue to be a game of about who can hold serves. Sampras vs world No. 157 3rd round wins in five sets. Hewitt vs world No. 120 five sets. Edberg vs world No 98 wins in five sets. Federer in his dominant days have only lost to one or two players. Anyone outside the top ten have never troubled him, But the past champions?Well they can lose to just about anyone ranked in the top 200.OH by the way, your an idiot. 1990's tennis boring. 2008 nadal vs Feder at wimbledon and Australian open, best tennis in history. Nadal vs Vedasco Five hours thriller.
