Are some areas in Los Angeles mostly comprised of a single ethnicity?

For example, the areas Watts and Carson, California seem to have mostly ALL African Americans living in the areas, and east LA has mostly, or a lot of Hispanics, are there any other areas in LA or California with mostly a single ethnicity like this ?
