How do I finish my porch?

Off of my kitchen there is a door that leads down a few stairs to what would be my patio/porch. The floor is concrete,it has a roof that is already shingled, a small brick wall maybe two feet in height and it is screened in. I would like to close and insulate this area. What would be the way to do so. thanks.
